Ecuador 500kV power line and subsystem manufacturing and testing supervision

As Ecuador's first national 500kV backbone power transmission and transformation project, the ultra high voltage power transmission and transformation project was launched in 2013.  The project has seven sub-systems with a total length of 900km, including a 600km 500kV transmission line and a 300km 230kV transmission line, as well as four new 500kV substations, two new 230kV substations, one 230kV expansion substation, and four 230kV revamped substations.  D subsystem includes 83KM230kV line from SAN RAFAEL to JIVINO, 500kV substation from SAN RAFAEL and 230kV substation from JIVINO.

  The contractor is from china and all materials for overhead lines and substations are from china,SEG was invited by CELEC EP as the  maufacturing and test supervision for this project and we spend 5 years to went to more then 80 manufactuers to do the supervision for maufacturing and witness the final test for equipments.
